PARTY MEMBERS

My party will consist of adults, children aged between 5 and 15 years of age,

children under 5 years of age and pets.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF LETTING (TOURING PITCHES)

Occupancy - Pitches are available from 1.00 p.m. on day of arrival and must be vacated by 1.00 p.m. on day of departure, or rebooked by 11 a.m. Visitors are expected to leave their pitches in a clean and tidy condition as handed to them.

Pets - Your pet is welcome on the clear understanding that it is kept under control at all times and exercised off the park.

Deposit - A deposit of £7.00 for each night booked is payable. Provisional bookings by phone / fax or online form may be made and will be held until receipt of the deposit by first class mail.

Balance - The balance of the fees is payable on arrival.

Cancellations - Providing that at least four clear weeks of notice of cancellation is given the deposit will normally be refunded. Where less than four clear weeks notice is given, the deposit will not be refunded and the full amount will be charged.
