TERMS & CONDITIONS OF
LETTING
Occupancy - Keys are available from 4:00PM
to 9:00PM On day of arrival
unless by special arrangement, and accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 PM on day of departure. Visitors are
expected to leave the accommodation in a clean & tidy condition as
handed to them.
Linen - Visitors are required to bring their own bedding two sheets for
each double and single bed to be used or sleeping bags, together with
towels etc.

Deposit - A deposit of £60 for each week is payable when booking.
Provisional booking by phone/ fax or online phone may be made and will be
held until receipt of deposit by first class mall.
Payment - The balance is payable four weeks prior to the date of
arrival, otherwise accommodation will be re-let. Where a booking is made
during the four weeks prior to the date of arrival, the full amount is
payable at the time of booking. Daily rates are payable in full in advance.

Cancellations - Providing that at least four clear weeks of
notice of cancellation is given the deposit less a cancellation fee of £20
per week will normally be refunded. However should the
accommodation not be re-let the whole of the deposit will be
retained. Where less than four weeks notice is given, the total rental will
be due. However every effort will be made to re-let, in which case the
rental will be refunded, less the deposit.
Is strongly recommended that a
holiday protection Insurance is taken out with one of the many insurance
Companies operating these schemes, the cost of which is very reasonable.
